Kidney Disease Education Classes

Our Nurse Practitioner, Amy Merritt will provide, by appointment, educational sessions at our Plano office for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients and their families in a group setting. These sessions focus on the importance of treatment of conditions and reduction of risk factors that contribute to (e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure) and/or result from (e.g. anemia, metabolic bone disease) kidney failure. They also focus on education and decision-making support for those of our patients who have an impending need for dialysis and/or kidney transplantation.
Please make an appointment and check in at the Plano Advanced Kidney Care office before your class starts. You will be directed to the conference room at check in.
We look forward to seeing you there. Click Here for Flier »
